1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Elkhorn Solutions LLC notary services and this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Identification Requirements

All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification in accordance with Colorado notary law. Failure to provide proper ID will result in refusal of service.

3. No Legal Advice

Elkhorn Solutions LLC is not a law firm. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or document preparation services.

4. Refusal of Service

The notary reserves the right to refuse service for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

Incomplete documents
Lack of proper identification
Suspected coercion or unwillingness
Signer not present

5. Travel & Remote Location Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment at our Como, Colorado location, you acknowledge that:

The property is located in a rural mountain area
Road and weather conditions may vary
You assume responsibility for safe travel to and from the property

6. Property Entry & Liability Waiver

By entering the property of Elkhorn Solutions LLC, you agree to the following:

You are entering a private residential property at your own risk.
Elkhorn Solutions LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring on the premises, except where required by Colorado law.
You agree to exercise reasonable care while on the property.
You release and hold harmless Elkhorn Solutions LLC from claims related to ordinary risks associated with visiting a rural mountain location.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elkhorn Solutions LLC is not responsible for:

The legality or accuracy of documents.
The outcome or enforceability of notarized documents.
Any damages resulting from misuse of notarized documents.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. Travel fees (if applicable) will be disclosed in advance.

9. Privacy

All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality.
